It gets tangled a lot. It wasn’t worth the price maybe if it was cheaper I’ll purchase another style like straight or body wave. After speaking with the company and given the proper hair regimen I’ve given them 5 stars.

I'm so glad I purchased this unit! I chose the 18 inch! Everything about it is perfect! It's very soft, it does not tangle, and the curls are fabulous!
I loved this wig. I got the 18” one and it was full. There was a bit of shedding but not much for how often I ran my fingers through it.

This company is a god sent from Heaven. This curly hair does not need much to maintain, water & conditioner gives it that perfect wet look. My unit came really quick & I was able to dye it blonde with no problems. I definitely recommend you Dolls to get this unit for a pazazz look.
This wig was easy to customize . The hairline cane preplucked s. I usually make my own wigs but I’ve been trying out premade wigs to save me some time. The hair is soft and fluffy and not too thin like some wigs I’ve bought.
The hair is very shiny and full. It has minimum to no shedding. It can last a long time with proper care. This wig is absolutely GORGEOUS! I would definitely recommend it !!!

I ordered one on the 28th February and it arrived on the 5th march which I think was excellent. the wig arrived in a box with wig cap. This is my first lace front wig so I'm not really an expert at laying down but I hope you can see from the pictures that the wig doesn't need so much work. It is pre plucked just as in the picture I just had to bleach the knots which I did today. The hair is very soft and the curls are beautiful please remember I am a complete novice when it comes lace front wigs but I don't think I did a bad job if I say so myself. I will come back with an update after wearing the hair for a while.

How to Return?
Only eligible wigs(Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, no altered, etc) can be exchanged. If you want to exchange it, please contact us in 7 days upon receiving goods. Any request after 7 days will not be honored.
Please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve your problem. If your problem can’t be solved without return, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our return system. Return without communication will be rejected.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products. YSwigs do not sell refurbished or previously owned products and return postage is on buyer.
Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
